Amazing from beginning to end with a wide range of bespoke frames there is something for everyone. Gorgeous shop with absolutely no pressure whilst perusing. Where to even begin! Lyn and Billy make you feel at home from the very first step into the (gorgeous!) showroom! From offering you a delicious frothy coffee to making sure you’ve tried pretty much every frame you might like in store, their attention to detail knows no bounds. And what a choice of frames! There’s really something for everyone! These guys know their stuff and make sure they offer the best advice when picking a frame and even with choosing which lens will work best for you. I also had an eye test and can safely say it was the most thorough eye test I’ve ever had. My mind was put completely at ease and I was reassured at every step. I absolutely love my new glasses! And I’m so glad to have found the Focal Rooms! Thank you so, so much!

Fantastic service from initial appointment enquiry to after sales that seems all too rare these days. Front of house Billy and Lyn are knowledgeable, friendly, helpful and eager to ensure the glasses chosen from a huge array of contemporary and classic frames are right for client purpose. Back of house, optician Alex is equally friendly, thorough and professional, and keen to fine tune eye tests to find the exact prescription requirements. Wholly recommended and deserving of custom.
