Precision made eyewear
Each frame is manufactured using the state-of-the-art technique of laser sintering, a process that uses a high-powered laser to sinter small particles of polymer powder into a solid structure and thus forms the frame by adding more than 600 successive layers, with a control of temperature carried out on each of them.
